Norwegian Customs' mobile application designed for quota calculation and customs clearance.

• Calculate the duty-free quota and complete customs clearance for any items exceeding the set quota. The app automatically computes the duty amount, facilitating direct payment within the platform and swift access through the designated green channel.

• If you intend to import alcohol and tobacco products surpassing the duty-free limit, the app offers a convenient tool to determine the required duty payment. With this application, you can declare up to 27 liters of beer or wine, four liters of spirits, 400 cigarettes, 500 grams of tobacco or snuff, as well as 400 cigarette papers and tubes. Furthermore, you can use the app to clear other goods not limited to alcohol and tobacco products, provided they fall within a total value of NOK 20,000 per individual.

• Upon successfully completing the customs clearance procedure, a digital receipt will be generated within the app. Holders of this receipt are permitted to proceed through the border via the expedited green channel without requiring physical interaction with Customs officials.

• Users have the flexibility to either finalize customs clearance directly before crossing the border or in advance. During a customs inspection, presentation of the issued receipt is mandatory. The digital document itemizes the cleared items and specifies the allotted timeframe for border crossing.

• The app allows users to opt for receipt duplication sent to a specified email address. Please note that this email confirmation does not serve as a valid receipt during customs checks.

• In instances where goods need clearing for an additional person besides oneself, both individuals must cross the border jointly.

• Additional features of the app include comprehensive information on duty-free quotas, value thresholds, customs procedures, and regulations pertaining to travel into Norway.
